Q: My brother-in-law is not sure of his device model. I believe it is an iPod Nano 4th Gen. He has lots of music recorded on it from when he was in a band ant other recordings that he would like to recover. he cannot get it to charge. Can I get an estimate (I realize it won't be exactly accurate without seeing the device) but so he can make a decision about moving forward. Thank you
